Jack A. Puleo
Jack A. Puleo is a Professor and Chair in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Delaware. He received the B.Sc. degree in Oceanography and Mathematics from Humboldt State University in 1996, the M.Sc. degree in Oceanography from Oregon State University in 1998 and the Ph.D. degree in Coastal Engineering from the University of Florida in 2004. His primary areas of interest are swash-zone hydrodynamics and sediment transport, nature-inspired coastal protection measures, sensor development, and coastal oceanography and engineering for defense applications.
